Council Approval Process

We understand council approvals can sometimes add delays. As long as you have had your structure designed, submitted for council approval and given a commitment to purchase to the Authorised Participating Dealer by the 16th December and accept delivery before 29th February 2012, we’ll ensure you receive your free gift.

Claim Process

Your Participating Authorised Dealer will let us know when you have made a purchase. We’ll track your order and send you a redemption voucher following delivery. Simply call the Mitre 10 Support office and quote your unique redemption code to arrange delivery to your local Mitre 10 store.
